The point is subletting is just someone being there whey you are not, regardless of monetary arrangement.I would even clarify that occasional overnight guest not staying 7 nights includes all combined, not each guest.

If it's electric, sometimes the heating elements or thermostats burn out; they cost a little more but all the hardware stores have them.
