They're a little tight but function well imo.

Do not be in a hurry to rent it out again.There are websites you can find to do background checks...management companies will also screen tenants for you for a fee, if you don't want to bring in the management company full time.Be patient, get a good tenant in.Take deep breaths.Once the place is functional again take a good hard look at the goals you have for yourself...decide if you want to stick with landlording, or if you want to get out of it.

If any investors would like to let me know what they would think about lending to a newbie such as myself, or maybe even a contract to loan exchange would combine all of my aspirations, I am eager to hear from real people instead of the theoretical views of articles.

Probably not entirely ideal, but if it is your only option to make this happen, it is ultimately your responsibility to decide if whether or not the numbers make sense as to whether or not you can swing a payment on a $20,000 loan at high interest in combination with your new mortgage.

It is a combination of how active you are on the site, and then they threw in something about posts and votes and just for fun, they added some magic spells so you couldn't figure it out.
