You're close enough to the 14th that you may consider waiting until then to see if she pays, but I wouldn't because she's obviously lying.You really need to educate yourself on how to be a Landlord.

Vs an agent who pushes a specific lender and does not seem to address our concerns or take the time to educate on the issues that you've brought up about the risks of a bad lender.
