Hello Everyone, I am a 27 year old that is looking to begin my RE investing journey and I have a lot of questions and worries. As of right now my biggest questions is once I have my first property but fiancing this property took a decent chunk of my change and say ideally the cash flow is good, how do I go about getting other properties without waiting years to save up the money again to start building my portfolio? Thank you!

House hacking, seller financing, subject-to, flipping, wholesaling are just a few methods that come to mind. You can also find someone with money to partner with you on deals.
