I'm a licensed Doctor in the State of California so I have something to compare it to.As far as your beliefs, go back and read your original post and tell me how you're not claiming to have "Moral Superiority" because you are "a highly religious person".  

CA property tax is roughly 1.25% of purchase price give or take a little depending of the locality.

A lot of CA people assume rents and values will go up like in CA. 

If anyone in Los Angeles, California would like to meet and stay encouraged.
