Hello,I currently live in Arizona and my brother and I have been looking to invest in some properties outside of Arizona.

Please tell us what you know that obviously escapes at least me.

Our reason for buying the properties was to supplement my brother-in-law's income and to help us support him...long story but it's all working out.

Basically help me escape the newbie zone.

My brother recently used them to purchase in CA and his process was quick and smooth.

If anyone has one that is legal to use in nyc that includes escape clauses i would appreciate it. i have a couple but they are very confusing to me. i want to minimize my chance of hearing "no" and i can only imagine the no ill get when trying to explain a confusing contract to a seller.

My CPA brother in law is a bit North of us in Loveland, but he can handle everything over the phone/email.

My brother's family lived in Barrow, and my nephews are still in Anchorage.I have looked into the market a little in your area.  

Thanks to my brother who introduced me to this incredible place.I'm interested in learning how to make a deal (negotiation), the process of finding motivated sellers, fixing up homes, and renting them out to good tenants.
