I've been reading blogs and listening to the podcast for months now.

I have lived in my present home, a modest 1915 2-bedroom, for the past 12 years; its present value being at least double what I paid for it.As may be apparent from the preceding, my interest is in older homes, having an aesthetic character generally not found in modern construction.

Sounds like you are living the reality tv show  (could be your blog title!

Hello, newbie question, is there a way to bookmark an interesting blog post, other that just creating a bookmark like any other website page you find interesting, so it will show up in your followed discussion maybe?
