how to bookmark a blog post?

Hello, newbie question, is there a way to bookmark an interesting blog post, other that just creating a bookmark like any other website page you find interesting, so it will show up in your followed discussion maybe?

I searched for this on BP and found a post that said to use a follow button but I don't see such a button for a blog post.
