I have heard of people transferring property into an LLC, as well as putting it in a Land Trust, but can't find any "how to's" or specific rationale.

My wife and have been investing primarily in the Milwaukee land area but keep seeing more and more deals in the Racine Kenosha market.

Adjusting for the 2.5% difference in total area, it gives me a solid idea of raw land value.

FYI, I've purchased in either land trusts or FL LLCs, no probs so far.

I have a family friend offering me 7 acres of land for sale in Texas, 30 mins south of San Antonio.

I just closed a 5.4 million dollar land deal that I bought and I did wiggle the contract from another developer and I paid him 125k to assign it to me.. but there was no marketing he worked on it for two years got it  brought into the city spent at least 50k of his own money getting it to the point I would buy it.
