Contractors and subs for NWA
I’m a local GC in the NWA area looking to establish a relationship with investors in this area. Born and raised in the Bentonville/Rogers area, my network has grown tremendously as well as my contacts for quality subs and clients I’ve worked with over the last decade. My wife and I are getting into the RE sales side of things to assure we have the best access to properties, land and lenders available. Are a majority of NWA investors out of state or are there local investors looking for a quality reliable GC? How would I go about contacting them or are there meetings available for investors who are looking for new GC and subs?
