What are the best resources to find forecloses homes/ auctions in the chicago land area?

Some hard money lenders partner who with auction companies so you can get in on some deals for 10% down. 

There are plenty of resources on BP for finding off-market properties, at that price point you may want to get county records for upcoming foreclosures and head to an auction!

Hi,I've identified a property (forclosed then failed to sell at auction)  currently owned by Fannie Mae according to the tax records. 

The new law applies to one- to four-unit properties sold at foreclosure auctions.

Certain types of properties ONLY deal with cash as a general rule (probate, pre-foreclosure sale, auction & estate sales).

Ex. clean out service, appraisals, auction expert, probate attorney, lawn care service.

I got it last year at tax lien auction for cheap as a favor for someone, but I have no clear path for it
