@Ned Carey It's all the CPU cycles being taken over by the new Wholesaling app ;-)

While land parcel databases are often able to be viewed free and publicly online, towns and counties can be guarded when it comes to releasing their actual land parcel data files (even if they are public record).  

I did get some good input from some answers (I'm using my app on my iPhone so I can't remember everyone's name to say thanks).I'm not worried about recouping the cost of the work being done.

Sometimes BP throws me out on the iPhone mobile app and not sure why.

If you've switched from one app to the please share what did not work for you on previous app?

The text transcription and email from a call or voicemail are nice features, as @Bob Couture mentioned, but to expound upon that, I also REALLY like the ability to text or call prospects from my Google Voice number through the Google Voice app, even though it's my personal iPhone.

As for Wholesalers - Absolutely  "LOVE THEM",we treat them as another marketing channel - we have to give attention to - no different than direct mail campaigns need attention.We love to draft off their marketing money (direct mail, bandit signs), we also draft off theirsweat equity ( boots on the ground) - They go into our data bases - and they get emailed from us every week - We find out most of them are younger / and just starting out / and pretty good on-lineFrom my experiences - you show me a bad employee - and i will show you a bad boss!!!  

Once you purchase it, it will automatically open (desktop) or you can download the Kindle app (on your smartphone) and sync it with your Amazon account - very easy to do.

Does anyone have suggestions for other apps or web sites that may be more geared towards finding MFR properties?
