So, I currently use Zillow and Trulia a I try to find the right MFR for me.

Does anyone have suggestions for other apps or web sites that may be more geared towards finding MFR properties?

@Jaime Borbon I'd swim upstream a bit and develop relationships with brokers. I'd also go to the local broker websites and check out their listings.
