As for capex, I suggest looking at similar aged assets that have recently traded and get the offering memorandum with ACTUAL operating history to use as a basis for your estimates.

I've had the credit card in question for quite a long time, so I was wondering if I apply for the increase if that credit line would start its aging process all over again (credit account age/history makes up part of your FICO).
