What can you sell this home for as-is and what can you sell the home for if you spend the additional $450,000?

I am also a disabled veteran at 70%, so I don't get 100% off of property taxes, but I do get a discount, in addition to the benefits of homestead exemption. 

That’s not a political or even moral arguement just basic math, in theory if zoning allows it and we get more skilled immgration at least economic theory suggest they should be able to build more houses per person that they consume.

In addition, ADUs often add less value than they cost.

I say this to say that if you choose to go the remote route, be sure to find a professional who can help you navigate these localities given that you're also a fellow Ohioan.I would suggest looking around on various professional posters here and in the business search to both see what they post as well as their profiles might match what you're looking for.
