No, the article specifically mentions he leverages it into a $3m LOCIt was on Bloomberg:Sifakis, the Florida flipper, typically gets a $3 million line of credit from an investment firm for about every $1 million he raises on RealtyShares, giving him added buying power.Soooo, not sure how that works?

They're not down for owner financing... i've spoken to a couple banks and they don't see the value in the purchase because they said they need a valuation on the property alone and not with the connecting properties (makes no sense to me) so now I've turned to Bigger Pockets and I need some suggestions.Breakdown: 1 Neighbor wants $1.3 million and the other i can get for 900k  both of these + my land brings total SF to around 18k+ sf of land. projects in the area have sold - just land value for approx $300/sf  this lot would be far superior given the location and it becoming a full city block...

The aluminum frames look very thin which helps with the view, and a vinyl replacement would probably have thicker "framing" and would block some of that view.

But these same people will shop the internet like crazed maniacs, chasing every .125% rate savings pop up ad they see, thru sources that don't deliver, and on loans they likely won't have more than 60 payments before they refi or sell anyway.
