I think you can see how awesome this can be it’s like a BRRRR with your bank giving you a crystal ball.

They must always act in their client's best interest, and that generally means presenting all offers, even low balls. 

@Jay Hinrichs  Sounds like a fun project.300k is going to get you lipstick on 8100sqft house just enough to get a high end buyer to low ball you 20% off ask.I would try and get a look on the inside and see what the conditions are like but overall it sounds like a money pit. 

@NIcholas Hamel When I 1st started I got about 80 deals on MLS , low balled offered them, you never know.

What would be a ball park figure of something of this magnitude.

I am just trying to get a "general ball park"

My guess is that he has someone he alerts in these situations and this person will low ball us we wind through the process with him.

The psychology behind this is insane and no one wants to sell to someone they think just wants to hurt them by "low balling" them.I'd love some thoughts on this too see if my perspective is challenged.Till next time....DM
