Rehab in the city of Philadelphia

Hello all,

I have recently purchased a row home in the S Philly area in which I will be doing a total gut. Have anyone successfully done a project which involved underpinning the basement and adding a third row plus walk out to an existing structure? What would be a ball park figure of something of this magnitude. Any insight would be appreciated.
