I think this may over most peoples heads, because it is so next level.

Now, HOAs are creating new laws surrounding how many units can a rental property investor own within the same community!

Each unit is 3 bed, 2.5 bath, about 1630sq ft plus an attached 2 car garage.

The vacant unit is fully updated the other unit is not.
