I have to go to courthouse in order to get the inheritor info to mail out to them, unless I find a source that collects that data.

I would like to hear from experienced investors, and would be great if you guys can share your main source on finding deals.

@Dave Melton Loopnet is unfortunately a horrible source for deals.

As a continue to save to start my business, I feel trying to generate leads on List Source is the best start in the right direction.

Do you have any good sources of knowledge I can check out?

It opened up a nice source of unused income that we have been able to use to get a house to flip at foreclosure auction, some acreage to set up some rental houses on, and we are currently looking at finding some rental homes to move out to the acreage. 

don't forget the power source cost to wire.. add 250, ) and labor for the plumbing and venting, for each unit charged by contractor. 

As we say in Texas, he has been all hat, no cattle.I have been approached by multiple other sources asking if we can partner on future deals, but struggle with is it worth ruining a good friendship. 

Why not just source a syndication?
