Tips on my first mailing
I am going to do my first series of mailings. My plans are to mail to properties going through probate. Any advice on this category would be greatly appreciated. I have to go to courthouse in order to get the inheritor info to mail out to them, unless I find a source that collects that data. I choose this route because I feel there would be less competition rather than a pre foreclosure list
