Beautiful part of the state because you get into the rolling hills of western NC.

I think the home has some potential structural issues as it is located on a hill and may be falling so have not looked into the home quite as much now as i did initially.

So while it will take millions of equity at the end, you will not need that much to get started and getting the snowball rolling down the hill.
