In other words, the GoPro on the machine and the dumpster were shooting at 1080p 60 fps but the one in the front yard was shooting time lapse wide angle 10mp pictures every 2 seconds.The other thing to remember when taking pictures with a GoPro is that the picture dimensions are significantly larger than the video (1920x1080) so you have quite a bit of wiggle room if you want to zoom your time lapse pictures while they are playing.Depending on the length of the shoot this can easily amount to 5-10k pictures.

Hi All,I have 2 deals for investors out thereI have a client that is looking to see a fixer upper property in Tempe less than a mile from the largest university in the country Arizona State, We have discussed listing the property at 140k its a 4/2 1600sf home with decent sized back yard, most of the items appear to be cosmetic, kitchen, paint, flooring, landscaping ect (you would need to do your own investigating). probably need 35-45k in work, comps in the neighborhood go up to 220-235k if remodeled.I have a home is near downtown phx with nearly an acre of land which is extremely uncommon.

While I'm no expert, I would bet my car that, in general, a townhouse with no yard is worth less than a similar single family home with a 2 car garage and a small yard.Some additional information: The property is listed by a company called The Management Group, Inc, under the name of the President of the company.

There are still homes occupied in the neighborhood and some not occupied (slight disrepair...ugly yards) People still live there and maybe I'm altruistically naive, foolish, and altogether stupid but my thought is in this neighborhood who wouldn't want to live in this house once I do my moderate fixup and spruce up the yard on the cheap....nothing more than fertilize and overseed the lawn.....
