Prorated, that's 1.25%/month.If I reinvest my returns every month as I get them, That's still only a 16% returnIf I use that same $100k in a property, flip it, make 15% profit over the course of 4 months, and repeat it two more times, I'd have over $152k...I've made 45% return on it.If I reinvest my returns after every flip, I end up making over 52% returns.If I hold them, it gets even better.
