Hi BP community,

My name is Lee a BP member . I am looking forward to making offer on the fire damaged house .This the first time that I've ever done so . I have a question to ask you all is : What should I do or look for to avoid making mistake on the deal ? Please share your advice on this matter .All advices will be appreciated ! Thanks a lot.
