I can understand it being too hot in your unit as boiler heat systems are notorious for having imbalanced heating when they are not properly operated.

M Marie Maxwell , oops, there goes my ignorance on markets, lol. most "row" houses here are 5-10 houses stuck to each other, they usually just put in the cheapest materials to just be called a "house", most buyers rip of 30-60% of the finishes and install their own. we are talking about laminate countertops, $1/sf floors, osb cabinets, etc.

But, if a treaty cannot be reached and things aren't going to be done properly, there won't be screwy guru stuff going on in my area.I'm pretty sure other feel the same way, you have thousands of agents running around down there, so I suggest you not mail anything!
