We have since moved to our next flip which is 5 minutes away from this house (pictures below) we plan to be done with this new project and put it up for sale this year around March or April 2016. 

I now have my state test on March 9th.

There are a number of them around you like the Chelmsford AREIA, Black Diamond, New Hampshire AREIA, and you're always welcome to attend my quarterly event which will be at one of my rehabs in Andover in March.  

It will not take any good contractor 4 weeks to do interior work, so you should be up and running by March.

I'll pile onto the wood like tile band wagon.  

I also wouldn't ask a big national lender (Band of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc.)  

Tenant rigged some type of rubber band contraption as a makeshift toilet flapper chain.  

I know how difficult it is working crazy hours, I work for a local plumbing company and usually put in 8-10hr a day sometimes 10-13hrs and I have a 2 year old son and a second one due in March, I know how it feels to just want to be home and grow with the family, but hope nothing but the best for you brother. 

I expect it to keep growing because in queries are going to dissappear around March along with other improving factors.

If you can get back out on the market just as people are getting their tax returns in late Feb/early March, that's a great time to sell.
