HI Michael, So that 2 yr property management holds true for some lenders like wells fargo ( I just left there) but where I'm at now no you dont need it. what we would do if you dont have a lease agreement already lined up is order a investment property appraisal and the appraiser would determine what the rental market is there. if that doesn't work we have a portfolio lender as a plan B that will most likely do it as they don't play by fannie and freddies rules.

questionable would be my take.. make money on your subscription.. those offering private lenders are to be check out thoroughly private lenders generally are private thats what makes them private they don't join groups like this.

I talked with my lender and she stated that we cannot acquire a loan through an LLC and it would have to go under our individual names.

I suggest you call a few local lenders in your new location and see if any of them do VA multifamily loans.
