Why not create a consulting service to apartment owners and operators where for a flat fee you inspect their properties to identify opportunities to reduce safety hazards; improve emergency response; reduce fire risks/improve fire suppression; suggest actions/improvements that would reduce their insurance premiums, etc.  

He was the victim of a scheme by Flippin' on the Side to take over $40k from him for fraudulent purposes, similar to that described in other forums, but under a different name: Flippin' on the Side, by Luke Caldwell and Clint Robertson (the "Boise Boys").Some of the documents identify High Point Education as the source, but I am reasonably sure this is another front for Zurixx LLC.

Hey @Derek Schronk there are so many ways to finance deals that it would really come down to figuring out exactly what your game plan is and identifying the exit, once thats been identified then we can figure out what best course of purchasing or refi you need
