You can set notification's so that you know who is going in and out of the house but that just becomes information overload.

I've worked on repairing two houses this year that had small fires and both of them were saved because the pex lines melted and sprayed the fires down.

It would be a great place for landlords or house hackers due to the split foyer and double kitchen.
