Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

the prices went so high lately, so in my opinion it is hard to find a deal.

Being that competition is big, it no longer makes sense the numbers that have to be offered in order to get the deal.I’m looking in to shifting to out of state and I’m open to be on site pretty often by hopping on to a flight.I’m debating between markets in TX and Ohio but in the same time willing to hear that I’m completely off between these 2 states or that their are better.I am looking for places where population is growing, prices are not too high, landlord friendly, rent are above $1200 for 2BR, big businesses and jobs and a very big focus by me is to be in a safe area.I would appreciate if I can get some honest opinions on this.

@Russell Brazil - you may be able to have a contractor willing to do this if you pay them for the site visits. 

Total rents at 100% occupancy across the three are $2900 monthly.I'm thinking because the financing terms are soooo attractive that it may be worth the higher risk that comes with the high PITI?

The carriers I work with all have an option to include that on the policy, and is highly recommended. 

I’ve since moved on to FSBO-online, however I can’t check on the status of the posting, and you can only submit one property. 

Alternatively, as several have suggested here, in the meantime I highly recommend you list it as an MTR--32+ days.

Are there any crowdsourcing or other online opportunity that folks have found effective for something like this?
