With enough money, you can fix a house's problems but you can't change the neighborhood the house is located in or move the train tracks.I used to say foundation and roofs issues but now, it really depends on what those issues are.Current property under contract has "foundation issues" but when I had a structural engineer come out, the problems were far less serious than the inspector thought.Now, I have seen/heard nightmare stories about foundations issues too.
