Is there a reason why you think you need to start an eviction process when both parties agreed to this arrangement and it is now only early July?

Ideally, all pertinent data should be arranged to meet the sequential order of the development process (Predevelopment, Construction, Operation and Sales).

They have had lots of time to pay you back and knowing that they aren't, arrange for a new place to live. 

Here in California there are standard lease forms that the California Association of Realtors puts out and I imagine other states would have similar arrangements.

No official photos, showings, or bothering your tenants with having to arrange showings and open houses and such.

If you purchase the note and have obtained the deed you have ownership of a free and clear property; if there are subordinate liens you can wipe them out by foreclosing and hopefully retaining ownership by bidding the loan amount due, plus interest, legal fees, costs, etc, and nobody bidding higher.Btw, if liquidity is an issue I can purchase the note using my funds and arrange a new note for you.   

You''ll want to send the contracts to a local title company to do their title search and arrange the closing so you can get paid!

The Housing Authority would first have to approve this arrangement though.
