I’ve learned a lot from Bigger Pockets, first time posting:I’d love to get some feedback on where to go from my current position.Background: we own two houses on a single lot in a residential neighborhood.  

Recently closed on a few turnkey properties and interested in expanding my portfolio. 

Turning to real estate, starting out with getting my real estate agent license and using that as foundation for investing!

They then said they sent it to the prior loan holder and said it was sent to them prior to my assignment being recorded2.

Just my personal home which was new construction.

That's NOT my definition of "turnkey!"
