It also has terrible reviews on Yelp— all the worst “gross”, “never again” comments.

So no issue providing those sorts of things. 

I should probably just file this rant with Captain Obvious.In this current environment, getting any sort of contractor is hard to say the least.

If it were me my process would be:1)  First check to see what sort of rent the place could command.
