Our initial time frame of 6 months went in a snap and 1/2 of the landscape and exterior finishes couldn't be completed in winter so it dragged on till spring. ( we took out a in ground pool ).

@Rainiel De La Nuez I hear you, I'm in Ventura and that' s pretty much what prices are like here for 1bd apartments… Daytona was originally at the top of my list since it is near the water, seems to be a "fun" place to live, while still having a wide variety of neighborhoods.

Brush your teeth and floss everyday.The same goes for real estate.HVAC units,swimming pools,termites and critters,and appliances need regular inspection and maintenance before they fall apart or rot away.The roof should be inspected after every harsh winter to check for minor damage to repair before it eats away the entire roof over time.Looking for small problems to fix every 6 months can keep your property healthy longer and your cash flow swimming.

They had pipes burst in the winter two years ago, so they were especially keen to install the temperature sensors and water sensors (in addition to all the standard entry sensors, motion sensors, etc.)
