I just put down an Allure floor last weekend with my son, for my father in law.

I don't know of any meetups those days, besides being the July 4th weekend, it may not be the best timing for a meetup - family time, vacation for many :-)

The house is now fresh and new ready for a new tenant.I am currently showing the house for rent this weekend in Decatur GA.Thanks for all the help and advice, i am so grateful to this amazing community.

I am a student of the business and am willing to offer my time in the evenings and weekends helping other experienced investors in the area analyze deals, drive for dollars, marketing, repairs, sales (I work in B2B software sales), pretty much do anything necessary that I can provide you of value.

I can't be at the jobsite all the time, in fact I could only be there before 7am or after 5pm on a week day or the entire weekend; ironically I work as a residential Project Manager and have to be at different jobsites.

But there are lots of Bay Area investors buying stuff from San Jose to SF to Pittsburg and Stockton and everything in between..A bunch of us will be meeting up in late August for the weekend in Oakland to network and talk about real estate - in state and out of state - all different areas of CA.. connect with others investing all over and see what's working.
