I'm interested in learning...I went to a fortune builders seminar and am debating to attend their 3 day seminar I've already paid for.. So they can try to sell me on $35,000. Or so more... Not going to do that...but want to learn..

Welcome, instead of attending buy every BP book you will be far ahead of the curve.
Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
