If you were to tell me "im leaving school next week" I would probably say its a bad idea.If you were to tell me "im leaving school in 6 months, after I do (A, B, C)" I would say its a good idea.

I consider them to be A/B areas which have decent cash flow and a good chance of appreciation.C/D areas are a different story.
