Most PM software won't be worth the cost at this point depending on your budget.At this stage, a good ole Excel/Google Sheet will do for keeping up with your income/expenses.

In the end it will be up to you and what opportunities become available and when, but this is my recommendation.

I have come across a lot of new agents that are never sure which brokerage to begin their real estate career.

We would either keep it as a cash-flowing rental property or fix it up and move in to it and rent our house.
