The city matters much less than the building, your effort and the team you put into place. 

This is the fundamental problem I have with Wall Street who takes too much fees off the hard-working efforts of the middle class.

I actually find that less stressful because the valuations are more straight forward.Where are you focusing your efforts?

That has much of what I ask, but other things would be their attention to detail on their listings and how much effort they appear to put into them. 

On a realistic note, how can you ever hope to catch up to or surpass a full timer knowledge wise and business wise while only having 1 foot in the door and not putting in as much time and effort as them?  

(You can elect to have your LLC taxed as an S Corp) However since all the income you earn is from your own efforts, calling come of your income "Dividends" might not fly.

The work does not seem worth the effort to keep the garage and would like some tear down option costs.King County house is primary residence and Pierce County house is a rental.Although these are immediate needs I am looking to have resolved, I am also looking into selling off some stocks and putting the money towards new real estate investment rental properties.

I am also reading everything I can get my hands on such as Rich Dad Poor Dad, How to Win Friends and Influence People as well as several titles from Bigger Pockets in an effort to learn as much as possible about business and real estate.

It requires consistent effort over time.
