The trick is always try to use a public cloud storage like Google drive, Microsoft onedrive, dropbox etc.. for storage.

But with knowing that the money is in the bathroom and kitchen I’d like to know your tricks and tips to not getting caught up in a disastrous project or over paying for a project that cuts into profits.

I was bombarded with crash course flyers in the mail after I finished my courses, but I would have to agree with @Robin Moore, looking up youtube videos like prep agent did the trick as well as taking as many practice exams as possible.

And then that first month's rent, last month's rent, plus the security deposit should do the trick.

I am new here and looking to see if there are tips and or tricks for how to attract equity placement out there.

The other trick I've learned is if they are late with the rent post the eviction as soon as you can.
