But beyond that information of limited value you need to learn to research the land and court records, etc. 

I would recommend reading through this forum and you can learn a bunch about wholesaling. 

A smart man told me "instead of paying someone $30k to teach you, go take action and if you lose that $30k in the process of a few deals, you have learned more than GURU can ever teach you"

Start using the BP Calculators to run numbers and learn what price you have to buy a property at to cashflow.Then figure out how to find property owners willing to sell at YOUR price, not theirs:)
