I'm not saying you will end up in the negative side, I'm saying you will lose most of what REI has to offer that the SM doesn't.Deals in REI are made based on opportunities that are seen. 

I'm very active in Huntsville and think that market is great from a job, population and income growth combined with good affordability makes for a strong rental market with appreciation opportunity.I'm starting to offer rent ready homes and occasionally homes needing renovation and are candidates for BRRRR or flip.

I’m currently a 20 year old student, and have a real interest in the long term wealth building that real estate has to offer.

It is important to have a grasp on where in their lifespan those big items are because that will factor into what you want to offer.

Is it worth it/ are we able to offer relocation support to alleviate back rent debt in order to offer a release to vacate ( and if so, what amount is standard?)
