The goal for me at this stage is to learn as much as possible about the market and connect with fellow investors in the area that are making it work as I hone in on my niche.

The ones showing 5 stars all look and sound the same, I'm sure they were paid for that. 

Point: there are creative ways to qualify for the next home, make sure you buy a good cash flowing deal, or that your income is high enough to buy a second property and not get stuck on number 1.
