Less money spent on supplies, less wear and tear on your place, less money spent on utilities, fewer guest headaches, etc.Bottom line: there’s a LOT of puzzle pieces you have to get right to make this work really well, but once you master it, it can be very rewardingI preferred to invest in the year-round high revenue parts of the US where you can earn a lot of money year-round.

What is going on, and how do you think this will effect home prices considering inflation, supply and demand and urban lefty cities vs developing right wing cities and suburbs?

Personally I think the supply/demand will level out by the end of the year. 

We supply deposit slips to a bank that has a lot of branches in our area.

What about tools that analyze the supply and demand of different types of rental properties?

Hello, I see there is a lot of general graphical information online, but do you guys know of / can recommend a good data source on supply and demand of rentals in certain areas?

I don't see the momentum slowing down unless people stop moving here and the supply increases.- last 6 leases i have done are all people moving here from outside- last 6 offers i made all went into multiple offers 

If you're wanting to split the hot water between the two spaces it's going to require adding new copper supply lines, most of which can be done from the basement for the first level, but ultimately will require the opening of some walls to take it vertical. 

Also, it is a mile down the road from Lowe's which made those last minute runs for supplies very convenient.
