BUT that is not to say there aren’t folks out there that are just down right price screwing over homeowners, given good folks in the business a bad name.

As such, payments that you make need to be prorated between business deductions and personal deductions.

There are multiple people on BP who have experience in this space and I suggest you study study study, read, read, read, and talk to as many people with experience here that you can. 

Which is a great goal if you’re planning to scale a portfolio or start a co-hosting or property management business like I did.

If you look at this as a regular business, its revenue is $82k, and its expenses are $41k, so the gross profit is $41k.
