How is the Main Street area?

In all it is 3 units that are 1/bed 1/bath and 2 units that are 2/bed 1/bath.  

In fact it is the worst street in the city. 

Just purchased a 4 bed to 2 bath home to house hack.

Closing on a 3-bed 2-bath in late October and will need $65-$70k for down payment and rehab.

However, with a little TLC, I know this 2 bed 1 bath house could rent for $800/month.
