My plan is to live off the combination of the 3 income streams.  

I am behind JW...condos just don't offer the return that our properties do for a couple of reasons....they are naturally smaller, have additional fees i.e, HOA, and there is only one stream of income...Plus cash flow is really just one of the 4 ways you can make money in real estate the other three are 1. 

The investor must be able to get a loan from a bank with this option.Seller financing is a popular choice, where the seller essentially becomes the lender, providing buyers with more flexible terms than traditional bank loans and offering sellers a steady income stream.

Buy/hold would help to diversify their portfolio, and hopefully give them a monthly income stream.

I do know though that our goal is to have a balanced and diversified portfolio of income streams.  

There are so many different situations and way to go however for vacant: Use prop stream.
