Sale price: $15,500

Bought raw land 2.2 country acres with a stream and live stock on the property it was a tax deed sold by the state of Alabama

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Raw land and on tax deed

Easier to sell vacant land really there were no challenges on this one
